1/2 cup butter = 113g
1 cup butter = 227g
make SR flour = 1 cup minus 2 tsps A/P flour plus 1 1/2 tsps baking powder + 1/2 tsp salt
1 cup flour = 8oz
1 cup flour + 2 tbsps = 9oz
225g flour = 1 1/5 cups
To make 225g of SR flour = remove 3 tsps flour from the 225g and add 2 1/4 tsps baking powder and 3/4 tsp salt
