Ingredients

  • Olive Oil
  • Bacon, cut into pieces
  • 1 medium Onion, diced
  • 4 cloves of Garlic, minced
  • 1 # Fresh or thawed brussell sprouts. cut in half
  • Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Spray oil in an over-proof skillet on medium. Add bacon to start frying.

Once bacon has started browning, add onion and garlic - saute until onion is cooked.

Add brussel sprouts and cook for 2 minutes.

Transfer pan to bake or 15 minutes.

Remove from oven and add parmesan cheese; allow to sit for a couple of minutes to let the cheese melt. Salt & pepper to taste.
