Ingredients
- 1 can (14.5 oz.) Contadina® Tomato Puree
- 1 can (15 oz.) Contadina® Tomato Sauce
- 1 can (14.5 oz.) Contadina Crushed Tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 cup diced shallots or onion
- 1 can (14.5 oz.) reduced sodium chicken broth
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- (Optional) chopped fresh basil
- (optional) fresh parmesan cheese

Directions
1. Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Cook shallots until softened, 2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients, except basil.
3. Top with fresh basil and/or fresh parmesan cheese before serving, if desired.
