Ingredients
- 2 Slices backon, cooked and broken
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 large can sauerkraut
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 beef bullion cubes
- 4 juniper berries
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp mustard

Step 1
Drain sauerkrout. Fry onion wiht bacon. Drain extra greese. Add all other ingredients and simmer 1 hour or more.
