Ingredients
- 3/4 tsp fresh black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tso sugar
- 1/4 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbs worcester sauce
- 1-2 cloves garlic( dad says 6) mashed
- 2 Tbs tarragon vinigar (homemade)
- 2 Tbs olive oil
- 6 Tbs vegetable oil ( I use all olive)
- 1 raw egg
- anchovie paste (optional)
- Parmesan cheese
- bread for crutons

Preparation
Step 1
Stir all but last two ingredients with wooden spoon. Tear 1-2 heads of romaine lettuce into bowl toss.
For crutons chop bread into 1/2 inch cubes drizzle with butter
place under broiler to brown, do not walk away burns fast
top salad with fresh parmessan and crutons
Serve
For tarragon vinegar. one bottle white wine vinegar add a bunch of fresh tarragon let sit for 6 weeks
