Ingredients

  • Meatball Ingredients:
  • 2 cups beef gravy
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small onion, peeled and minced
  • 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 eggs, large
  • 1 cup bread crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

1. To make meatballs, add all meatball ingredients to a bowl and mix. Roll each individual meatball to desired size and set aside.
2. Place the Inner Pot in the cooker. Press BROWN. Add the gravy to heat it.
3. Add reserved meatballs. Place the Lid on the cooker, lock Lid and switch the Pressure Valve to Closed.
4. Press CANCEL to turn off BROWN mode. Press STEW.
5. Once the timer reaches 0, the cooker will automatically switch to KEEP WARM. Switch the Pressure Valve to Rapid Release. When the steam is completely released, remove the Lid and press CANCEL.
6. Stir in the sour cream and serve.
