This is no ordinary meatloaf! The key to the exceptional flavor is the wine and onion flavor blend. Moist and delicious, it’s sure to become a weeknight favorite.

- 1/3 cup plain dry bread crumbs
- 2 packets Swanson® Flavor Boost™ Sweet Onion & Burgundy Wine
- 1 egg
- 1/8 teaspoon cracked black pepper

1 . Heat the oven to 350°F. Thoroughly mix the beef, bread crumbs, flavor blend, egg and black pepper in a large bowl. Place the beef mixture into a 13x9x2-inch baking pan and shape into a 8x4-inch loaf.
2 . Bake for 45 minutes or until the meatloaf is cooked through. Let the meatloaf stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
