2 cups mayonnaise
1 tablespoon pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
Juice of 1 lemon
6 tablespoons vinegar
3 teaspoons sugar

Step 1

Mix mayonnaise, pepper, salt, lemon juice, vinegar and sugar well. Apply directly to chicken while grilling, or heat ingredients in a small saucepan and serve on the side.
