Slimming Soup
By TheresaJ
Cabbage soup is the uniquely rich in photonutrients and enzymes that help the liver and kidneys flush excess fluids and weight-sabotaging toxins. This is the key to both health and weight loss because toxic overload causes the body to store fat rather than burn it, comprimising energy and immunity. Plus toxins, trigger blood sugar surges that set off hard-to-conquer food cravings.Whip up a big batch of cabbage soup and you will have enough to sip all week.
