Neiman-Marcus Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 cups margarine
• 2 cups brown sugar, packed
• 2 cups sugar
• 4 eggs
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 4 cups flour
• 5 cups quick style oatmeal, blended
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 tsps baking powder
• 2 tsps baking soda
• 2-12 oz bags chocolate chips
• 1-8 oz Hershey Bar, grated
• 3 cups chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Measure oatmeal and blend in a blender to a fine powder.
Combine with other dry ingredients; set aside.

Cream margarine and sugars together. Add eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients, gradually.

Stir in chocolate chips, grated Hershey's bar, and nuts. Roll dough into balls and place on cookie sheet.

Bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees.
