Ingredients

  • 8 to 10 large red skinned potatoes -- unpeeled and quartered
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons sugar

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400. In small bowl, mix oil, cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic salt, garlic powder, onion powder and sugar. Mix well and pour over potatoes. Bake for 55-60 minutes uncovered until brown and tender. Shake the pan occasionally.
