Ingredients

  • 3

    Tablespoons butter

  • 1/4

    Cup minced onion

  • 1

    Cup white vinegar

  • 1

    Cup tomato sauce

  • 1/4

    Cup worcestershire sauce

  • 2

    Teaspoons sugar

  • 1

    Teaspoon salt

  • 1/2

    Teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

  • 1/8

    Teaspoon cayenne

  • Dash tabasco sauce

Directions

Cook down the onion as long and slow as you can, turn em to mush without burning them. Add the rest and simmer. You can use a stick blender to smooth out those onions. Best made a day ahead.
