Cheesy Vegetable Casserole

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb American cheese
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1-16 oz bag frozen California Blend vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots), thawed and drained
- 1 cup crushed butter crackers

Preparation
Step 1
Cut cheese into cubes. Place in saucepan with 1/4 cup margarine. Heat over medium heat until melted and smooth, stirring often.
Place vegetables in 1 quart casserole dish. Pour cheese mixture over and mix together well.
Melt remaining margarine and stir in cracker crumbs. Sprinkle over top of casserole.
Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.
Serve at once.
