Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups of cooked and cooled quinoa
- 1/2 cup of dried cranberries
- 4 egg whites
- 1/3 cup of almond milk (soy or skim milk will work too)
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl
Pour mixture into a greased baking dish (8x8)
Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
Let cool and slice into 6 slices
