Ingredients
- 16 ounces frozen corn
- 1 red or green pepper -- cut into 1" strips
- 1/4 cup black olives -- coarsely chopped
- 1/4 cup green olives -- coarsely chopped
- 1 stalk celery -- diced
- 1 scallion -- finely chopped
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 3 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
- pepper -- to taste
