Ingredients
- 8 ounces bittersweet or semisweet chocolate -- coarsely chopped
- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 Tablespoon alcohol flavoring or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup hazelnuts -- ground

Preparation
Step 1
In a small saucepan, bring the cream to a boil. Immediately remove from heat and pour over the chopped chocolate. Gently stir the mixture until smooth and then add the flavoring and finely ground hazelnuts. cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until the mixture is thick, but not solid (about 30 minutes).
Pipe or pour into small cups and refrigerate or freeze.
