Tuna Salad Cups 0 Picture

Ingredients

  • 2 small stalks celery, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons chopped pecans
  • 20 green seedless grapes, halved
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1 (12-oz.) can solid white tuna in water, drained and flaked
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 2/3 cup non-fat plain yogurt
  • 4 large tomatoes, tops sliced off and cored

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine celery, pecans, grapes, onion, tuna, cayenne pepper and yogurt; blend well. Stuff tuna salad in the cored tomatoes and serve.
