Ingredients
- 2 small stalks celery, chopped
- 4 tablespoons chopped pecans
- 20 green seedless grapes, halved
- 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1 (12-oz.) can solid white tuna in water, drained and flaked
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- 2/3 cup non-fat plain yogurt
- 4 large tomatoes, tops sliced off and cored

Step 1
In a medium bowl, combine celery, pecans, grapes, onion, tuna, cayenne pepper and yogurt; blend well. Stuff tuna salad in the cored tomatoes and serve.
