Ingredients
- 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 4 (4-oz.) lean loin pork chops

Step 1
DO-AHEAD TIP: Marinate pork chops for at least 1 hour (see recipe).
In a shallow dish, combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, lemon juice, pepper and oil. Add pork chops and turn to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place pork chops and marinade in a roasting pan and bake for 35 to 40 minutes, basting meat often with marinade.
LC SERVING SUGGESTION: Baked Hubbard squash and steamed broccoli.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Add steamed red skinned potatoes.
KOSHER: Use boneless skinless chicken breast halves instead of pork. Use vegetarian Worcestershire sauce.
GLUTEN FREE: Make sure soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce are gluten free.
