Ingredients
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 carrots, peeled and chopped
- 3 cloves garlic
- 4 stalks of celery, chopped
- 3 to 4 cups of shredded turkey
- 2 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- corn
- chicken broth
- noodles

Preparation
Step 1
Cook noodles in salted water.
Heat oil in large pot. add onion, carrots, garlic, corn and celery and saute for 4 minutes. Add turkey, thyme, salt and pepper and stir well. Add broth to mixture and bring to a boil. reduce heat and simmer.
