Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked beans
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp chopped and seeded jalapeno peppers
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp chopped green onion

Preparation
Step 1
Place drained beans and remaining ingredients, except for 1 Tbsp of the green onion, in a blender. Blend until smooth. (Or, mash beans to a puree and mix with remaining ingredients.) Place in a smal^l bowl and garnish with chips and the green onion.
Quicky Quesadilla - Spread bean dip on a flour tortilla and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Heat in microwave or under broiler until cheese melts.
