  • 12 frozen tart shells
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 3/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup blueberries

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375. Whip egg, syrup, lemon juice and vanilla. Then stir in sugar, flour and butter. Divide berries into the shells then pour mix over them. Bake until the top is crusty.
