Ingredients
- 3 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 Tbsp organic vanilla extract
- 1 tsp almond Extract
- 1/2 tsp aluminum-free baking soda
- pinch unrefined sea salt
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 Egg

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 F
Place all ingredients in a glass bowl and blend well with a pastry blender
Form a large ball with the dough and place on wax paper. Put this in the freezer for 15 minutes (the cookies will stay together better this way)
Form 1-1.5 inch balls with the dough and place on a cookie sheet
Press dough balls down with a wet fork creating a cross hatch pattern. Wet the fork after every cookie to prevent the dough from sticking
Bake for 13-15 minutes (until tops are golden brown)
Remove from oven, let cool, and enjoy!
