Peanut Butter Spritz Cookies

Makes approximately 40 cookies
To ensure easy passage through cookie press,
do not chill dough.

Ingredients

• 1 18.25 ounce box butter recipe cake mix
• 2 large eggs
• 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
• 2 tablespoons cream

Preparation

Step 1

1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2 This recipe can be prepared on or off the stand. Attach the beaters and combine cake mix, eggs. peanut butter and cream on speed 5.
Mix well.
3 Load the cookie press with the dough turn out cookies 1 to 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. if you do not own a cookie press, roll dough into 1-inch logs, chill for 1 hour and slice logs into 1/3" thick coins or circles, place on cookie sheets.
4 Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
