- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 1/2 cups salsa (mild, med, or hot to your taste)
- 1 TBSP dijon mustard
- 3 TBSP sugar

Step 1
Place chicken in a slightly sprayed corning ware dish. Mix together remaining ingredients . Pour salsa mixture over chicken and cover dish. Cook for 30-40 minutes at 400' Serve over rice.
