  • 1 red onion, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
  • Juice from 1 large lemon (about 1/4 cup)
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
  • 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Finely Shredded Triple Cheddar Cheese
