Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup cocktail sauce
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 1 tbsp horseradish
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 6 hamburger buns

Preparation

Step 1

1. In bowl, beat egg; mix in garlic, bread crumbs, seafood sauce, onion, horseradish, salt and pepper. Mix in beef; shape into six ¾" thick patties.

2. Place on greased grill over medium-high heat; cook 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink inside.

Notes: Excellent! David's favorite home-made burger. Very flavorful.
