Ingredients
- Spare Ribs or Pork chops
- 2 Tbls. cornstarch (mix with 2 Tbls. water)
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tbls. soya sauce
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1 cup water

Step 1
Brown ribs, or cut up pork chops instead of ribs. Mix rest of ingredients except cornstarch. I usually double this. Add to browned ribs and simmer for about 30 min or longer. The longer they simmer the more tender they will be. Just before serving add the cornstarch and water mixture. You don't need to double the cornstarch if you did the rest. Serve
