- Deer Roast (can be frozen)
- Cheap red wine or beer
- Mrs. Dash Pot Roast Mix
- Onion
- Potatoes
- Carrots

Preparation
Step 1
cook the meat starting the night before. I don't even defrost it. I get a pack out of the freezer, plop it into a greased crock pot, halfway cover with cheap red wine, beer, whatever you have. I throw in a packet of Mrs. Dash pot roast mix (no salt, additives, etc.), a whole onion, and cover the rest of the way with water. I cook that on low all night.
Then, in the morning, I add in my potatoes and carrots, and cook on high the rest of the day.
I promise, you won't believe it's deer. So tender, you can cut with a fork!
