Garlicky Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds broccoli, cut into long spears
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oven to 450.
2. Toss broccoli with all other ingredients. Spread into rimmed baking sheet, bake 20 mins, stirring occasionally, until crisp-tender and browned in spots.
Notes: This was excellent - roasted veggies with fresh garlic and ginger - delicious. I mixed the broccoli with fennel and Brussels sprouts - would do this again and also add a red pepper for color. Carrots would be good too.
