Chocolate Chip Cookies (w/pudding)

Ingredients

• 2/3 cup shortening
• 2/3 cup margarine
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 3 cups flour*
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 12 ounces chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Mix shortening, margarine, sugars, eggs and vanilla until fluffy. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop dough approx. 2" apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake approx. 8-10 min. at 375 or until brown.

*For a softer, rounder cookie, add 1/2 cup flour.
