Ingredients

  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 3 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp grated orange peel
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 cup cold butter
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen unsweetened blueberries

Step 1

Combine 1-7. Cut in butter. Stir in milk and orange juice just until moistened. Gently fold in blueberries. Grease pan and bake at 425 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
