Ingredients

  • 1 chicken -- cut up
  • 3 small onions -- cut into eighths
  • 8 cloves garlic -- crushed
  • salt and pepper
  • paprika
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup cabernet Sauvignon
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400. Place chicken and onions in roasting pan. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with paprika to coat.

Combine orange juice, wine, honey and soy sauce in a bowl. Spoon over chicken. Bake for 1 1/2 hours or until skin is crisp and dark brown and chicken is cooked through, basting frequently.
