Butter Tarts

Ingredients

• 1/3 C butter
• 1 c brown sugar
• 2 T cream
• 1/2 C currants
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Cream together butter & sugar. Add egg, cream, vanilla & mix well. Stir in currants. fill tart shells. Bake at 350°.
