Ingredients
- 3 egg yolks at room temp
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1/4 t salt
- few shakes of white pepper

Step 1
Put all in blender. Blend at low speed a few seconds, just long enough to mis smoothly. Melt 1/2 cup butter. Pour the hot butter in the blender slowly. Blend until sauce is smooth.
