Mini Meatloaves

Ingredients

• tsp. seasoning:
• 1 pound ground beef
• 1 pkg. Stovetop Stuffing
• 1 cup water
• - oregano and garlic powder
• - chili powder for mexican
• Various toppings:
• - barbecue sauce and cheese slices
• - roasted red peppers and feta cheese
• - salsa and grated cheddar
• - pasta sauce and grated mozza

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Mix meat, stuffing mix, water and choice of seasoning. Press into 8 muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray; make an indentation in the centre of each.

Spoon add-ins into hole.

Bake for 30 minutes. Top with cheese and bake 5 minutes longer.
