Ingredients
- 2 cans (4oz each) whole green chilis, drained
- 6 1/2 chicken breasts, boned
- 1 med onion, thinkly sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 8 oz sour cream

Step 1
Place 1/2 chilis in blender and puree. cut remaining chilis in half crosswise, then slice lengthwise into 1/4" strips. Bake chicken 30-35 minutes at 350 in covered 11x7 pan. Drain and remove skins. In skillet, saute onion and garlic in butter until soft. Belnd in flour, salt, and pepper. Add milk and broth and cook stirring until thickened and smooth. blend in chili puree and sour cream. Add chili slices, heat through. Serve sauce over chicken.
