Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 4 cups milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups cheese (1/2 special melted blends or Velveta)
- 1 box mac noodles

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine butter and flour in a sauce pan and whisk. Bring to a bubble for 1 minute.
2. Add milk, whisk, and bring to bubble.
3. Add salt and pepper and most of cheese.
4. Mix with cooked noodles, top with remaining cheese, and bake uncovered for about 30 minutes at 350 degrees f.
