Ingredients

  • 8 ounces margarine
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 6 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 7 ounce jar marshmallow cream
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 12 ounces chocolate chips
  • 3 cups rice Krispies®

Step 1

In a large bowl, cream margarine, sugar, cocoa and vanilla very well. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well. Fold in flour and salt. Spread mixture in a greased 15x10 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Cool.

When cool, spread marshmallow cream on top. Over low heat, melt peanut butter and chocolate chips together. Remove from heat and add rice Krispies. Spread mixture over marshmallow topping. Refrigerate to harden and cut into 2 inch squares.
