  • SPINKLE ONION SALT ON EACH BREAST
  • SPREAD BUTTER ON EACH BREAST
  • 1 WEDGE OF CHEESE PER BREAST (SWISS)
  • 1/2 SLICE HAM PER BREAST
  • (WRAP CHEESE WITH BOILED HAM)
  • 1 CUP BREAD CRUMBS (I prefer corn
  • (flake crumbs)
  • SALT
  • 1 TABLESPOON PAPRIKA
  • 1 DASH BLACK PEPPER

Preparation

Step 1

WRAP EACH CHICKEN BREAST AROUND THE CHEESE AND HAM AND FASTEN WITH TOOTHPICK. DIP IN MELTED BUTTER AND ROLL IN CRUMBS. SPRINKLE WITH SALT, PAPRIKA AND A DASH OF PEPPER.

PLACE IN GREASED BAKING DISH.

BAKE AT 400 DEGREES FOR 40 MINUTES. IT COULD TAKE UP TO AN HOUR IF PAN IS FULL.
