- 1/2 CHICKEN BREAST PER PERSON,
- SKIN, BONE AND POUND FLAT
- (PLACE IN PLASTIC BAG TO POUND TO
- PREVENT SPLATTER)
- SPINKLE ONION SALT ON EACH BREAST
- SPREAD BUTTER ON EACH BREAST
- 1 WEDGE OF CHEESE PER BREAST (SWISS)
- 1/2 SLICE HAM PER BREAST
- (WRAP CHEESE WITH BOILED HAM)
- 1 CUP BREAD CRUMBS (I prefer corn
- (flake crumbs)
- SALT
- 1 TABLESPOON PAPRIKA
- 1 DASH BLACK PEPPER

Preparation
Step 1
WRAP EACH CHICKEN BREAST AROUND THE CHEESE AND HAM AND FASTEN WITH TOOTHPICK. DIP IN MELTED BUTTER AND ROLL IN CRUMBS. SPRINKLE WITH SALT, PAPRIKA AND A DASH OF PEPPER.
PLACE IN GREASED BAKING DISH.
BAKE AT 400 DEGREES FOR 40 MINUTES. IT COULD TAKE UP TO AN HOUR IF PAN IS FULL.
