Ate at 4:30, everyone arrived 3pm
Turkey 21 lbs
Mum- gravy-made large pyrex bowl full, only used 1/3
veg. gratin- was last thing to be ready-cook or place in oven sooner then broil cheese at the end
stuffing- almost all eaten-hit
mum's pumpkin pie-almost all gone, hit
cranberries- all eaten-less orange next year
Samira-store bought veg platter-all eaten
Mondana- greens beans-one lg casserole-good
pumpkin fluff-hardly eaten, not so good
Arezoo-cranberry fluff-ok. ask her to make a pie next year
Baba Joon-good partner with me for carving, get him his own apron
Sweet potatoes- two large bags from costco-use 15 large ones, peel night before, boil in batchs, boys can help peel, mash. Add rest of ingredients in the morning, cover with foil then heat up 1 1/2 hours prior to serving
Mashed pots- 20 lb bag, used about 18 of them. peel night before, boil in batches morning of. Add sour cream, salt and cream cheese, place in both my and mum's crockpots 3 hrs prior to heat and keep hot. Add butter and more salt at the end
My stuffing was dry, I used two boxes of pep farm, Make one medium casserole next year , try another recipe.
