Step 1
MINCE 3 CLOVES OF GARLIC AND COMBINE IN A SMALL BOWL WITH MAYONNAISE, PARMESAN CHEESE, WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE, MUSTARD AND LEMON JUICE.
SEASON WITH SALT AND BLACK PEPPER.
REFRIGERATE UNTIL READY TO USE.
JUST BEFORE SERVING -
PLACE SHREDDED ROMAINE LETTUCE IN LARGE BOWL AND TOSS WITH DRESSING. SPRINKLE WITH FRESH PARMESEAN CHEESE AND SEASONED BREAD CUBES.
