Ingredients
- 8 new potatoes
- 2 tbsp sun dried tomatoe and oregano dressing
- 1/2 cup mozzarella/cheddar shredded
- 4 slices bacon crumbled

Preparation
Step 1
1. Microwave potatoes and 1/2 cup water for 10 minutes on high.
2. Drain and flatten to 1/2 inch
3. Heat dressing on medium heat. Add potatoes and cook for 4 minutes until golden brown.
4. Turn and top with cheese and bacon. Cover and cook for 2 minutes or until cheese is melted
