Ingredients
- I can French Bread refrigerated dough
- 1 triangle or square of fresh brie
- vegetable spray
- brown sugar
- chopped pecans pr walnuts or slivered almonds

Preparation
Step 1
Spray a low casserole or small cookie/pizza sheet. If using triangles, cut the edges off the brie and slice the brie horizontally into two pieces. Flip the top brie over so the rind is on the bottom. Arrange the triangles so they form a rectangle. If using a square or a circle, just remove the top and side rinds and discard. Stretch the dough and twist as you form the dough around the brie. Secure well by pinching the ends together. That is what keeps the melted brie from spilling all over the oven. Put horixontal slices in the top of the bread. Sprinkle some brown sugar on top and then some nuts. Bake as you would bread and serve.
