Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 can tomatoe paste
- 2 tbsp dried sage, thyme, oegano, rosemary
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 large onion finely chopped
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp horseradish

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees, lightly oil muffin pan
2. Wisk eggs in bowl and add in paste and seasonings. Add ground beef, oats and onions.
2. Thoroughly blend together and evenly mound into muffins cups.
3. Whisk together the topping ingredients and brush evenly over tops.
4. Bake 25-30 minutes until cooked.
