Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 bunches broccolini (about 1#; any stalks thicker than 1/2" slice stalk in half about 2" high
  • 2 TBS oliv oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 TBS grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

1. Steam broccolini - bring water and salt to boil in large skillet. Add broccolini and cook over medium low heat, ocvered, until bright gree and tender, about 5". Remove lid and cook until liquid evaporates, about 30 seconds.
2. Add seasonings - stir in oil, garlic and pepper flakes and cook until fragrant, about 30". Transfer to serving dish and sprinkle w/ Parmesan.
