Ingredients

  • Scant 1 1/8 cup water

  • @ 115 degrees

  • 1

    pkg yeast

  • 1/3

    cup sugar

  • 1/3

    cup veg oil

  • 1

    tsp salt

  • 3

    cups flour

Directions

Combine water & yeast in small bowl. Let stand 5 minutes. In large bowl combine sugar, oil, salt and flour. Add yeast mixture. Mix well and place in bread machine on dough setting (#7). Dough setting takes about 1 ½ hours. Allow about 20 minutes for making out rolls and about 1 ½ hours to rise. Remove from bread machine and knead for a few minutes. Let rest for about 10 minutes. Make out into rolls, let rise and bake at 375 degrees for about 12 to 15 minutes.
