Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/3 cup cornmeal
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup milk

Step 1
1. Heat oven to 350 and lightly grease tins
2. In a small bowl toss 2 tbsp of flour with blueberries and set aside
3. In a medium bowl whisk together flour, cornmeal, baking powder and soda, and salt.
4. In a large bowl beat sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Beat in egg until blended. Beat in zest and juice and vanilla.
5. Using a wooden spoon stir dry igredients into butter mixture alternating with milk.
6. Gently stir in blueberries.
7. Bake for 25-30 minutes
