Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- dash salt
- 1 1/3 cups hot water
- whipped cream, or ice cream

Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oven to 350.
2. Mix dry ingredients. Add milk-vanilla. Mix well. Spread in ungreased pan.
3. Mix sugar, cocoa and salt. Sprinkle over cake. Pour water on top.
4. Bake 35-45 mins. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
Notes: Cut back a bit on sugar
