Ingredients
- 1 3 oz. package butterscotch pudding (cooking kind)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 1/2 cup pecans (whole, half or large pieces)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Cook first five ingredients over low heat in a heavy pan until dissolved. Add 1 1/2 cups pecans. Cook and stir to a full all over boil, then turn down heat and boil slowly 3 to 5 minutes stirring often until it reaches the soft ball stage.
Take off heat and add 1 teaspoon vanilla, then heat until thickens but still looks shiny.
Place on parchment paper non-stick Reynolds wrap.
