Ingredients

  • 48 reduced fat Nilla wafers, divided
  • 1/4 cup cooled strong coffee, divided
  • 4 oz. reduced fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups skim milk
  • 1 pkg. Jell-O sugar free instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 8 oz. tub lite Cool Whip
  • 1 square semi-sweet chocolate, grated

Preparation

Step 1

Arrange 36 wafers on bottom and up sides of 9" pie dish. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons coffee.

Beat cream cheese in large bowl with mixer until creamy. Gradually add milk; add pudding mix. Beat one minute. Gently fold in Cool Whip.

Layer half the pudding mixture and half the grated chocolate onto wafers. Cover with remaining wafers. Drizzle with remaining coffee. Repeat layers of pudding and grated chocolate. Top with remaining Cool Whip.

Refrigerate for 3 hours.
